Mai Health Now is committed to teaching people how to focus on their health so they can be happier, healthier, and more productive.
History
In 2007, Mai T. Trinh founded Mai Health Now, working in private practice and with local communities and city governments on preventative health initiatives. Today, Mai Health Now services Fortune 500 companies, U.S. federal agencies, the nation's leading health insurance organizations, and major hospital systems.
What we do
Mai Health Now works with our nation's biggest brands and institutions to help transform the health, vitality, and productivity of America's workforce with corporate seminars, webinars, keynote speaking engagements, customized seminars, and one-on-one counseling. Mai Health Now focuses on chronic disease prevention by educating the public on topics ranging from Stress Management, Mental Health, Time Management, Women's Health, Men's Health, Cardiovascular Health, Diabetes, Cancer Prevention, Sleep Hygiene, Workplace Generational Differences, and more.

Mai Health Now promotes a multi-functional approach to great health that includes nutrient dense foods to fuel your body and boost your mood, and physical movement to keep the body and mind balanced. Furthermore, the key to longevity is high quality and nourishing connections with relationships that support you mentally, physically, and emotionally. This beneficial cycle of excellent health is reinforced by practicing evidence-based best practices in stress reduction. Best practices include a foundation of 7 to 8 hours of sleep (no less than 6 and no more than 9), practicing mindfulness exercises, and remembering to take deep breaths to oxygenate the body and the brain. The Mai Health Now Health Pyramid will inspire you toward a more a healthy, active and longer life!
