Mai's Philosophy
Mai is a strong believer in the idea that what you focus on grows. If you focus on your health and happiness, you will direct your life toward healthier and happier outcomes. However, if you direct your attention towards self-medicating and numbing out through unhealthy modalities, your life will go in an unhealthy direction. Mai has made it her life mission to carefully research evidence base best practices in order to inspire her clients, her community, and the people she loves to prioritize their health so they can live longer and more intentional, authentic, healthy and fulfilling lives.
